SBI Saving Account Opening Through CSP BC Channel (Checker & Maker)
Step 1 : Maker can search the customer record using the ” Customer Reference Number” OR Date Range and Agent ID
Maker can select either of the Customer refrence Number OR Date Range and Agent ID form the radio options on Selections the radio opetion teller needs to provide relevant details in the text field.
if Maker selects ” Customer Reference number” Following screen will be displayed
Steps 2: The result of the query will be displayed to the maker in the tabular format given below
teller logged in as a maker have options to Authorize or Reject the Customer record.maker can also click on the reference number to view and update the customer details from this page
Customer Details update options for maker
The Details entered by CSP will be available for maker to update from this screen. details fetched from NPCI (in case of ekyc enrollment) will not be available for maker to update
Steps3 : After successfull authorization by maker it shows below screen
Customer Authorization (Checker ) for Modified Account Opening
In Teller login , Checker can clicm on Customer creation menu and then click on sub menu customer authorixation (Checker) sub – menu
Step 1: teller logged in as a checker can have some option as Maker to filter the customer records using Customer Reference Number or using Date rand and Agent ID
Step2 : Checker can Authorize/Reject the records based on the details provided by CSP.
Checker can Click on Reference Number to View the details however the checker can’t amend the customer details.
Step 3: After Successfull authorization done by Checker . below message will be displayed
Customer Creation Status Enquiry
Maker/Checker can view the enrollment status of the customer using the Customer Creation Status Enquiry option Available under”Customer Creation” in teller login
